(estimated time 6:30 pm) The Planning Board will hold a remote public hearing to consider a zoning map and text amendment application to facilitate the creation of an Institutional Development Plan (IDP) and Institutional Overlay Zone (IOZ) for their Portland campus, to be located at 1 Bean Pot Circle. The IOZ, if approved, will include the 13-acre property located at 1 Bean Pot Circle (parcels 447-A-001 and A-002), currently zoned I-M Moderate Impact Industrial.
